Fee structures, where applicable, are governed by executed agreements

Our role is to identify alignment between counterparties based on product specifications, volume, delivery capability, and commercial readiness.

All engagements begin with a verification-first approach. Prior to active facilitation, we support an initial screening process that may include:
Corporate presence and legitimacy checks
Authority and mandate confirmation
Sanctions and adverse media screening (where applicable)
This process helps ensure counterparties enter discussions with appropriate credibility and preparedness.

Where mutual interest exists, we coordinate the execution of standard engagement documentation prior to the exchange of sensitive commercial information, which may include:
Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreements (NCNDA)
Intermediary / Fee Protection Agreements (IMFPA)
These documents are intended to protect all parties’ commercial interests and clarify roles during facilitation.

Support alignment on commercial terms and documentation flow
Coordinate between counterparties during execution milestones
All transactions are executed directly between counterparties. Marbisuk does not act as principal, broker-dealer, or trading counterparty.
